Privacy Policy

Naza\TBWA, operating as TBWA\Naza (“TBWA\Naza,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through www.nazatbwa.com (the “Site”), how we use and share it, and the choices you have. TBWA\Naza is part of the TBWA Worldwide network and the Omnicom Group.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Information we collect

Information you provide directly.

When you contact us or apply for a role, you choose what to share. This typically includes:

  • General enquiries: your name, email address, phone number, company, and the contents of your message.
  • Employment applications: your name, contact details, résumé/CV, work history, portfolio links, and any other information you include in your application.
  • Subscriptions (if offered): your name and email address, where you opt in to receive updates.

You are not required to give us this information, but if you do not, we may not be able to respond to your enquiry or process your application.

Information collected automatically.

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies — including Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. See our Cookie Policy for detail.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to your enquiries and communicate with you;
  • evaluate and process employment applications;
  • operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
  • understand how the Site is used and measure the performance of our content and campaigns;
  • deliver and measure advertising on third-party platforms (such as Meta and LinkedIn);
  • send updates or communications you have requested, and let you opt out at any time;
  • protect against fraud, abuse, and unauthorized activity; and
  • comply with applicable laws and enforce our terms.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it as described here:

  • Within our network. We may share information with TBWA Worldwide and Omnicom Group affiliates for the purposes described above, subject to appropriate safeguards.
  • Service providers. We use third parties to run the Site and our operations — for example, our website host (Webflow), analytics providers (Google Analytics), and email and communications tools. They may process personal information only on our instructions and for our purposes.
  • Advertising and social platforms. Through the Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag, certain online identifiers and activity data may be shared with Meta and LinkedIn to measure and deliver advertising. Under some U.S. state laws this activity is treated as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out — see “Your privacy choices and rights” below.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information where required by law or legal process, to government or law-enforcement authorities, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to prevent harm, fraud, or loss, or to protect our rights.
  • Business transfers. If we are involved in a reorganization, merger, or transfer of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

International transfers

We are headquartered in Puerto Rico (United States), and some of our service providers and network affiliates operate in other locations. If you access the Site from outside Puerto Rico, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in jurisdictions whose data-protection laws may differ from those where you live. Where we transfer personal information, we take steps to protect it consistent with this Policy and applicable law.

How long we keep your information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Recruitment information is retained for a reasonable period to evaluate your application and consider you for future opportunities, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Your privacy choices and rights

You may:

  • ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you;
  • opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us;
  • opt out of advertising-related “sharing” by adjusting your cookie preferences on the Site or by using a recognized opt-out signal such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser; and
  • adjust your cookie preferences generally (see the Cookie Policy).

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under U.S. state privacy laws. California residents: California law (CCPA/CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access, deletion, or correction, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. We do use advertising technologies (the Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag) that may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under California law, and you have the right to opt out of that sharing using the methods above. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights, and we will verify your request before responding. To exercise any right, contact us at nazatbwa@omnicompr.com.

Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for a general, professional audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Links to other sites

The Site may link to third-party websites and platforms we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to review. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we do not operate.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” above reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
